When your selection is complete, just exit the image with the green button. You will now arrive at the Details Selector screen, where you can select the selection fields and the output fields (the List Field Selector and Selection Fields tabs) of your table combination. We select the authorization objects and values as selection and the role name, and the user as output fields. Done! Now the query can be started with the Run button. In the background, the system creates a programme that builds the join. As a result, a selection screen appears. Enter"S_TCODE"as object and"SCC4"as field value (we only have one field for this object). When you click Run, all users and the triggers are output to you.

If you have defined the roles to the extent that the essential processes are depicted, then you will technically check which organisational features they contain (organisational levels, but also cost centres, organisational units, etc.). You then compare the technical result with the result from the consideration of the structure organisation and the business role description. A likely result is that you do not have to use all technical organisational features for differentiation. A possible result is that you want to add fields such as the cost centre to the organisation level.

You should then enable the latest version of the hash algorithms by setting the login/password_downwards_compatibility profile parameter to 0. This is required because SAP systems maintain backward compatibility by default. This means that, depending on your base release, either the new hash algorithms will not be used when storing passwords, or additional outdated hash values of passwords will be stored. You should then check to see if there are any old hash values for passwords in your system and delete them if necessary. Use the report CLEANUP_PASSWORD_HASH_VALUES.

If you get into the situation that authorizations are required that were not considered in the role concept, "Shortcut for SAP systems" allows you to assign the complete authorization for the respective authorization object.
