Lock Inactive Users
Dialogue users are intended for use by natural persons who log in to the SAP system via SAP GUI (dialogue login). The dialogue user is therefore the most frequently used user type. The defined password rules apply to him. If the password is set by the administrator, it will get Initial status and must be set by the user at login again to get Productive status.

This can be achieved by means of the expression and activation of a function block in the BTE, the so-called processes and events. The sample function module BTE for the event 1650 can be found in the FIBF transaction in the area of Publish-&-Subscribe interfaces (Environment > Information System (P/S)). The sample function module is basically used to enrich data in the item display. To do this, he passes the complete record per document line and expects it to be enriched back. This is exactly what we are using.

Even if you correct the error manually in the role by manually deleting the manually maintained value of the organisation levels in the authorization object, the value in question is not drawn from the organisation level. The AGR_RESET_ORG_LEVELS report allows you to reset these values for the role. The manually maintained organisational data will be deleted, and only the values that have been maintained via the Origen button will be drawn.
You can view the contents of the checked permission fields by double-clicking on the respective variables. The Variables 1 tab displays the variables with the respective values used for this eligibility check. These values correspond to the values that you also see in the System Trace for Permissions. If a permission check ends with SY-SUBRC = 0 when no appropriate permissions are available, verify that the check is turned off locally via the SU24 or globally through the SU25 or AUTH_SWITCH_OBJECTS transactions.
Assigning a role for a limited period of time is done in seconds with "Shortcut for SAP systems" and allows you to quickly continue your go-live.
